Creating what you're looking for

Over my career, I’ve worked on large productions in Art Departments, Location Management, and other essential jobs on set. During smaller productions I have done anything and everything needed including: producing, writing, camera work, sound recording, ADing and editing.
I worked for two years at Limelight doing event photography as an on-site lead and video specialist. While working with Limelight, I worked with diverse teams with multiple viewpoints. I incorporated the views of my coworkers and chipped in my own two cents to develop finished products.
For the last three and a half years I have worked with Something Clever, a creative agency that does campaign design and event activation. During my time with them, I have developed both technical and leadership skills. As lead technical director and on sight lead, I designed and managed custom software development, on site set up, and operations.
I worked in an office setting managing client expectations and interacting with the general public.
On a job in Las Vegas, I was helping to promote a large boxing match. The client had several activities going on at the time. I was placed in charge of a video testimonial. This included a discussion of what people were "fighting for" (i.e. Injustice, family, etc). Needless to say, people were drinking and looking forward to a boxing match. Not opening up emotionally on video. The initial 3 hours were slow. Taking the lack of demand upon myself, I created a new design that incorporated people boxing and throwing a "knock out punch" that would result in the screen shattering. After showing this to the onsite client they approved it. From then on we had excited people coming up to have their video taken.
